ENCREATORS SOFTWARE AND MEDIA P LTD is a done-for-you production service. Once production begins, real resources — scriptwriters, voiceover artists, editors, thumbnail designers — are allocated to your project. Please read this policy in full before purchasing.


1. Our Quality Commitment

ENCREATORS SOFTWARE AND MEDIA P LTD guarantees the quality of all delivered content. If you are not satisfied with the quality of delivered videos within the first 30 days of service, we will revise the content until it meets the agreed standard or issue a refund as outlined below.


2. Cancellation Before Production Starts

If a client cancels their order before the onboarding call and before any production work has commenced, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

Production is considered commenced once:

  • The onboarding call has taken place, OR

  • Niche selection has been completed and confirmed, OR

  • The first script has been initiated by our team


3. Cancellation After Production Has Started

Once production has commenced, the following refund structure applies:

  • 0 videos delivered: 80% refund of total package fee (20% retained to cover onboarding and resource allocation)

  • 1–5 videos delivered: Refund of remaining undelivered videos minus a $150 processing fee

  • 6+ videos delivered: No refund is available. All delivered content is the property of the client

Refund calculations are based on a per-video rate of $50 for undelivered videos in the active package.


4. Quality-Based Refund

If a client believes that delivered content does not meet the quality standards communicated during onboarding, they must:

  • Submit a written quality complaint to their Channel Success Manager or to ceo@encreators.info within 7 days of delivery

  • Clearly identify the specific quality issues with reference to the agreed deliverable standard

Upon receiving a valid quality complaint, ENCREATORS SOFTWARE AND MEDIA P LTD will:

  • Revise the content at no additional cost within 5–7 business days (up to 2 revision rounds per video), OR

  • If the issue cannot be resolved to a satisfactory standard, issue a partial or full refund for the affected videos at our discretion


5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Client changes their mind after production has commenced without a valid quality complaint

  • YouTube does not approve monetization — monetization approval is determined by YouTube's policies and is outside our control

  • Client fails to respond to approvals or communications for more than 14 days, causing production delays

  • Channel performance (views, subscribers, revenue) does not meet client expectations — results are not guaranteed

  • Client violates our Terms of Service or YouTube's Community Guidelines, leading to service termination

  • Client grants incorrect or insufficient YouTube channel access, delaying or preventing delivery


6. Pause Policy

Clients may request a production pause for up to 30 days once per package without penalty. Requests must be submitted in writing to the assigned Channel Success Manager at least 5 business days in advance.

Pauses beyond 30 days or multiple pauses may affect delivery timelines and are handled on a case-by-case basis.


7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To initiate a cancellation or refund request:

  • Email us at ceo@encreators.info with your order details and reason for the request

  • Or message your Channel Success Manager directly on Discord

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.


8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication. If unresolved within 14 days, the dispute may be escalated to binding arbitration.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting ENCREATORS SOFTWARE AND MEDIA P LTD may result in suspension of services and forfeiture of any refund eligibility.


8A. Indian Consumer Protection Compliance

This Cancellation & Refund Policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 as applicable in India.

Clients based in India are entitled to the same refund rights outlined in this policy. Disputes unresolved through mutual negotiation may be escalated to the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

The grievance officer for Indian clients can be contacted at ceo@encreators.info. Grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days of receipt.


9. Changes to This Policy

ENCREATORS SOFTWARE AND MEDIA P LTD reserves the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
